Here the five stages of a typical OxFlow implementation:
- Kick-off
- Get the team and timeline aligned
- Gain access to the in-scope systems’ API credentials
- Review requirements and align on reporting and process gaps
- First Prototype
- Deliver a working automation prototype within 2 weeks of the project kick-off
- This includes an operating Data Mart if your subscription includes this feature
- Tailoring – Part 1
- Review of existing and new requirements
- Move into iterative development with client feedback
- This part may entail 2 to 5 meeting sessions
- Tailoring – Part 2
- This part of the design and build process is meant to more directly engage clients in use of the tool which always proves useful in surfacing new issues and requirements.
- This part may entail 1 to 3 meeting sessions
- Go-Live
- Shift gears into ongoing support mode for the subscription period.
